Samuel Rose was established in 1990 as a multi-disciplined practice of Chartered Surveyors, Town Planners and Farm Business Managers. Originally formed to help land-owning and farming clients with the management and disposal of their land, we have extended our range of services over the years in response to our clients’ requirements. We now offer comprehensive advice across the whole spectrum of land, development interests and rural business consultancy.
Samuel Rose operates throughout the Midlands and northern Home Counties. Our practitioners have extensive knowledge of land matters and our existing clients recognise the value that we place on local contacts, in business and with local authorities, which gives our practitioners a vital advantage in representing and promoting their interests.
We operate in accordance with the professional standards and regulations of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We pride and price ourselves on giving sound, proactive advice, with a commercial edge, to a wide range of companies and individuals.
In 2001, Samuel Rose acquired SSR Planning (formerly Smith Stuart Reynolds) a town planning and development consultancy, under which all planning expertise is now concentrated. This not only increased the company's client base but also the range of services provided.
We are registered with the British Standards Institution and operate a quality management system for both professional and internal matters.
