Established in 1990, Samuel Rose offers comprehensive advice across the whole spectrum of land, development interests and rural business consultancy.
Samuel Rose operates predominantly throughout the Midlands, East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties. We operate in accordance with the professional standards and regulations of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and pride and price ourselves on giving sound proactive advice, with a commercial edge, to a wide range of companies and individuals.
In 2001, Samuel Rose acquired SSR Planning (formerly Smith Stuart Reynolds), a town planning and development consultancy, under which all planning expertise is now concentrated. This not only increased the company's client base but also the range of services provided.
We are registered with the British Standards Institution, and operate a quality management system for both professional and internal matters.
