Working in conjunction with our planning consultancy, Smith Stuart Reynolds, we are experienced in all areas of planning and development advice for landowners and developers. Our areas of expertise extend to the negotiation and completion of collaboration and consortium agreements, sales, option agreements and planning promotion agreements on small and large scale residential and commercial development sites. We act on behalf of landowners, promoters and developers to achieve the best deal possible and a successful outcome to proposals.
We can assist with all aspects of rural development opportunities, including obtaining permission for agricultural dwellings and advising on the conversion of farm land and buildings to alternative uses. We can assist by providing market research and feasibility studies for the initial consideration of a proposal through to obtaining planning permission, liaising with builders and other professionals during the build programme and undertaking the marketing and letting of completed units.
